Job summary

Milliman India is seeking professionals to independently configure and implement pension plans using the Milliman Pension Calculation System. You will support production issues, optimize SQL queries, and lead plan-level discussions with stakeholders.

The role requires B. Tech/MCA/CS degree, DB domain knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills suitable for a collaborative team environment in Gurgaon, India.

Job Responsibility

• Independently configure and implement new pension plans using the Milliman Pension Calculation System.


• Provide ongoing support for production issues, bug fixes, and system enhancements, including new plan amendments.


• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support business requirements and improve system performance.


• Lead plan-level discussions with counterpart, documenting requirements, observations, and action items.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and timely implementation.


• Design and execute unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure system quality and accuracy.


• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance business processes and system capabilities.
