Job summary

Milliman is seeking final year actuarial students to join its life practice based in Gurgaon/ Mumbai. The role offers opportunities to work with consultants across the globe on diverse actuarial projects, including modelling, valuation and pricing.

Desired experience and professional qualifications

• Freshers with relevant internship experience
• Final-year students pursuing Bachelors in a relevant field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
• Pursuing actuarial examinations from a recognized professional body/institute

Desired competencies

• Basic knowledge of life insurance and annuity products
• Knowledge of Python, R and SQL is preferred
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment as well as independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to take ownership of a technical task and see it through to a successful conclusion
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning and communication skills
• Driven and self-motivated
