Job summary

MacroHire in Delhi is seeking a Senior Backend Developer - Java to design and implement scalable backend services in our Pitampura office.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of hands-on Java experience with Spring Boot, microservices, databases, and modern devops practices including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Hands-on Spring Boot experience with Spring Data, Spring Security, and related modules.
• Design and development of microservices and RESTful APIs; GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with JPA/Hibernate for data access.
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Caching technologies such as Redis, Memcached, or Hazelcast.
• CI/CD workflows and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Version control using Git.
• Strong testing (unit/integration) and performance testing.
• Agile methodologies and strong problem-solving & communication skills.
