You seamlessly integrate the Backbase platform into our customers’ systems, while focusing on the back-end part of the implementation.

You provide solid technical solutions to complex issues whilst helping us deliver the best customer experience and reinforce company reputation. Your core responsibility is to respond to reported issues as vigorously as possible and solve complex problems.

You use your understanding of programming languages and tools to analyse current codes and industry developments, formulate efficient processes, solve problems and create a seamless experience for millions of users across the globe.

You coach a team of developers on the client and partner side and provide training to those who work with the platform. You are a part of the project team and thrive working with colleagues from multiple cultures.

The underlying technology runs on the best of breed technology available today such as Spring Boot, Netflix OSS, coupled with our own in-house libraries to ensure consistent delivery to a highly regulated banking market. How about you

●Min 7+ years of experience in a similar role;

●Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or similar/related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;

●Excellent English speaking, writing and presentation skills;

●You have a solid background in software development including design;

● You are able to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels to get buy-ins from technical stakeholders as well as from your team members;

● Experience in the banking domain or Fintech products will be considered an advantage;

● You have experience with Java, Spring, Maven, CI and CD;

● You have experience with microservices (Netflix OSS is a plus);

● Cloud and traditional application servers (WebSphere, JBoss, …);

● Knowledgeable of relational databases;

● You have experience with non-functionals such as security, performance, scalability etc.;

● Being a Full Stack developer is a huge advantage;

● You have a solid understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
