Job Title: Senior Backend Developer (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, DSA) – 10+ Years Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer with 10+ years of expertise in Java, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable backend architectures, developing high-performance applications, and implementing best practices for cloud-native solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust, secure, and scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Microservices Architecture: Develop, deploy, and optimize distributed microservices ensuring modularity, performance, and security.
Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA): Apply efficient DSA techniques for performance optimization and problem-solving.
RESTful API Development: Design, build, and manage RESTful APIs ensuring high availability and performance.
Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Cloud & DevOps Integration: Deploy and manage applications in AWS/Azure/GCP environments, leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Performance Optimization: Conduct profiling, monitoring, and optimization for large-scale applications to improve efficiency.
Security & Best Practices: Implement security standards (OAuth, JWT, API Security), best coding practices, and code reviews.
Agile Development: Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive innovation in backend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and system design principles.
Expertise in Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).
Experience with Messaging Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures.
Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Strong knowledge of authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).
Experience with logging and monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana.
Proficiency in performance tuning and memory optimization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Distributed Systems, High-Availability Systems, and Event-Driven Architectures.
Exposure to GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSockets.
Hands-on experience in Python, Golang, or Node.js is a plus.
Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
