Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java 8/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, and Camunda, and be adept in building scalable microservices and integrating cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
Implement secure, robust applications with Spring Security.
Develop and consume RESTful Web Services and integrate services across distributed systems.
Work with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging use cases.
Build process automation workflows using Camunda BPM.
Write efficient and testable code using JUnit and adhere to best coding practices.
Design database schemas and write queries for both SQL and NoSQL (CosmosDB) databases.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and improve reliability of backend services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java 8 and/or Java 17 development.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
Solid experience with Apache Kafka and Camunda BPM.
Proficient in Microservices architecture and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JUnit, and testing frameworks.
Good understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL databases like CosmosDB.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools.
