Ideal candidates will mentor engineers, participate in architecture reviews, and drive CI/CD and IaC initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on AWS and Amazon Connect experience.
• Strong serverless design using Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Experience integrating cloud services with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Production support and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and support Amazon Connect solutions.
