Job summary

EPAM Systems in India seeks a Lead / Senior AWS Connect Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise platforms, connecting Amazon Connect with Salesforce SCV and other systems using AWS services.

You will develop data synchronization, code against Lambda/API Gateway, and build AI-powered applications while ensuring data privacy and governance across deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in system integration projects with AWS services and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java for integration development.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs and data formats (JSON/XML).
• Experience designing GenAI solutions and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce SCV and other systems.

We are seeking a Lead / Senior AWS Connect Engineer with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to design, build, and maintain complex system integrations across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS cloud services and contact center technologies to develop scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions that connect Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and other systems using APIs, SDKs, and AWS services
• Development of custom solutions to synchronize and transfer data between systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity
• Configuration and maintenance of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB to support integration workflows
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and system administrators to define integration requirements
• Design scalable solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives
• Build AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants, and document processing solutions
• Evaluation and fine-tuning of LLM-based use cases for business scenarios
• Integration of GenAI models with enterprise applications and APIs
• Implementation of secure AI architectures aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards
• Ensure data privacy, model governance, and responsible AI practices

Requirements

• 5 to 12 years of experience in system integration projects, particularly involving Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and AWS services
• Expertise in AWS cloud services, particularly in designing and implementing serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other relevant services
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java for scripting and developing integration solutions
• Knowledge of API design principles, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Skills in designing and building GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms
• Familiarity with integration of foundation models such as Anthropic Claude and Titan
• Background in prompt engineering, optimization, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures
