Must-Have Skills -

• WebdriverIO (WDIO): Proven experience building frameworks using this specific Node.js-based tool.
• TypeScript: Strong proficiency in typed programming for test script maintenance and scalability.
• Full-Stack Automation: Competency in both UI (Front-end) and Backend (REST API/Database) automation.
• Manual Testing Proficiency: A mindset that values exploratory testing and documentation, not just code.

3. Nice-to-Have Skills

• ERP Domain Knowledge: Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics (these involve complex state management and tables).
• CI/CD Integration: Experience hooking tests into Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• AI Testing Tools: Familiarity with "Self-healing" scripts or tools like Applitools, Testim, or integrating LLMs for test data generation.
