About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Production Developer – UiPath who will be responsible for managing and maintaining UiPath automations in a production environment.
This is not a developer-only or task-oriented role. The position requires strong hands-on UiPath expertise combined with a production-first mindset, analytical troubleshooting ability, incident ownership, client communication, and operational leadership.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring processes stability, timely job completion, production issue resolution, SLA adherence, and overall automation performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Support & Stability
- Ownthe day-to-day production performance and stability of UiPath automations.
- Monitorproduction jobs, schedules, queues, triggers, and automation performance.
- Ensuretimely and successful completion of scheduled automation processes.
- Identifyrecurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Ensureproduction processes meet defined SLAs and business expectations.
2. Production Troubleshooting
- AnalyzeUiPath Orchestrator logs, job execution details, exceptions, and processcontext to identify potential issues.
- Quicklyassess limited information and determine the likely root cause before performing detailed debugging.
- Troubleshootapplication, workflow, configuration, credential, infrastructure, and integration-related issues.
- Performroot cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective actions.
3. L2/L3/L4 Production Support
- Handlecomplex production incidents that cannot be resolved at the initial support level.
- Takeownership of critical and high-priority incidents through resolution.
- Coordinatewith infrastructure, application, development, network, security, and client teams when required.
- Providetechnical guidance to junior developers and production support teammembers.
- Managemultiple production tickets, incidents, requests, and competingpriorities.
- Prioritizeissues based on business impact, severity, SLA, risk, and urgency.
- Ensureincidents are properly documented, tracked, resolved, and validated.
- Providetimely updates to internal stakeholders and clients during critical incidents.
- Participatein incident reviews and identify preventive actions.
5. Solution-Oriented Problem Solving

6. UiPath & Orchestrator Management
- Stronghands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

- Troubleshootdeployment and execution-related issues.
- Validateproduction configurations and support deployment activities.
7. Production Code & Quality
- Reviewautomation implementations for stability, reliability, maintainability, and production readiness.
- Identifyfragile workflows, inefficient implementations, and potential failurepoints.
- Ensureproper exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and recoveryprocedures.
- Supportenhancements, change requests, and production fixes.
8. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Quicklyunderstand new processes through PDD, SDD, technical documentation, and KTsessions.
- Createand update troubleshooting guides, process documentation, and operationalrunbooks.
- Ensureknowledge is effectively transferred to junior developers and supportteams.
9. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Communicateclearly with clients, business teams, project managers, developers, and technical teams.
- Provideprofessional updates during incidents and production issues.
- Understandclient priorities and business impact.
- Buildconfidence through timely communication, ownership, and effectiveresolution.
- Guideand mentor junior developers and support engineers.
- Sharetechnical knowledge and production troubleshooting practices.
- Participatein technical discussions and solution reviews.
- Contributeto improving team processes, standards, and operational efficiency.

Experience
Recommended: 5+ years of overall RPA/automation experience with strong hands-on UiPath experience, including significant exposure to production support and incident management.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience managing multiple production automations, critical incidents, SLAs, client escalations, and complex troubleshooting.
Qualification
- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
