Job summary

Randstad Staffing is seeking an experienced RPA Developer (UiPath) to design, build, and maintain automated workflows spanning recruitment and back-office processes. You will bridge data between SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and legacy portals, while handling bot failures and environment monitoring.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, supporting deployments via GitLab, and ensuring scalable automation solutions. Fluency in English is required; German proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional RPA development with UiPath.
• Excellent English communication; German language proficiency favorable.
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) preferred.

• Create and maintain Process Definition (PDD) and Solution Design (SDD) documentation; support deployments via GitLab.

Current team of four developers (3.5 FTE)

RPA Developer (UiPath)Focus: Automation Architecture, Development, and Support.

Role DescriptionAutomation Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions mainly using UiPath Studio to automate recruitment, mid- and back-office processes.

System Integration: Create automations to bridge data between systems (SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace, legacy) or portals where integration is not feasible.

Infrastructure Monitoring:Monitoring of UiPath Orchestrator logs and mail alerts; identify and resolve transaction failures, credential issues, or environment-related bottlenecks.

Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain PDD (Process Definition) and SDD (Solution Design) documentation together with Process Analysts; support version control and deployments via GitLab.

Required SkillsTechnical Proficiency:Good knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and ideally REFramework.

UI Automation: Advanced handling of dynamic selectors, specifically within SAP, Salesforce and Google Workspace.

Solution Design: Ability to analyze manual business processes and design stable, scalable automated workflows together with process owners and end user.

Integration & Data: Proficiency in handling JSON/XML for API calls within bots and advanced data manipulation using appropriate tools like PYTHON, App Script and others.

Software Lifecycle: Understanding of version control (Gitlab) and deploying automation increments across Dev/Test/Prod environments.

Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensuring platform and server infrastructure is consistently up-to-date.

Experience & Soft SkillsExperience: 5+ years of professional RPA development with UiPath.

Communication: High English proficiency; ability to document complex logic for both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to solve problem tickets or requirements with the end user. German language proficiency favorable.
