Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator in a Chennai-based role.

The candidate will build scalable workflows with REFramework, queues, and triggers, while integrating SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python for data processing and validation. Strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is essential for delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on UiPath RPA development expertise.
• Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, assets, triggers, and exception handling.
• Good working knowledge of SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python.
• Experience in end-to-end automation: requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, production support.
• Exposure to API integration, Excel automation, databases, web/desktop apps, enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.

• Analyze processes and translate requirements into end-to-end automation solutions.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and DB integration.

• Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, Excel, email, and enterprise systems.
• Provide debugging, troubleshooting, and production support for automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Implement logging, monitoring, security, access controls, and governance.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Build scalable and reusable automation workflows using REFramework, queues, assets, triggers, selectors, and exception handling.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective end-to-end automation solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and database integration.
• Build Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for workflow automation, approvals, data capture, and operational tracking.
• Develop Python scripts using libraries such as Pandas and OpenPyXL for data processing, validation, reconciliation, and Excel automation.
• Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, Excel, email, web/desktop applications, and enterprise systems.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and production support for automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, define process rules, and identify automation opportunities.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, security, access controls, audit trails, and governance across automation solutions.
• Continuously improve existing automations to enhance process efficiency, stability, quality, and measurable business outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 47 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath RPA development.
• Strong experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, assets, triggers, and exception handling.
• Good working knowledge of SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python.
• Experience in end-to-end automation, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Exposure to API integration, Excel automation, databases, web/desktop applications, and enterprise systems.
• Candidates from RPA, Automation, Digital Transformation, Shared Services, Logistics, or Transaction Processing environments preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• UiPath certification or experience with Document Understanding/OCR/AI-enabled automation will be an added advantage.
