Job summary

Everforth Quinnox in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Automation Anywhere Lead to drive enterprise RPA initiatives. You will design, develop, and manage Automation Anywhere based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 5+ years in RPA with at least 2 years in a lead/architect position, plus AA A360 certification. You will mentor developers, govern standards, and coordinate with business analysts, QA, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RPA experience with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
• Certification in Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360, Bot Insight, Control Room, and IQ Bot.
• Experience with Python, VBScript, or PowerShell for integrations.
• Understanding of AI/ML integration and API-based automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end automation workflows using Automation Anywhere, integrating with ERP, CRM, and custom applications.
• Identify and evaluate processes suitable for automation; perform feasibility and ROI analysis.
• Develop, test, and deploy bots ensuring adherence to best practices and security guidelines.
• Establish coding standards, documentation templates, and version control mechanisms.
• Mentor developers, review code, and guide troubleshooting efforts during production incidents.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA, and operations teams to align automation outcomes with business goals.
• Lead P1/P2 issue resolution, coordinate with support teams, and ensure SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of RPA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
• Certification in Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to UiPath, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis or Signavio.
