Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Automation Anywhere bots in a 24x7 environment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve bot failures within defined SLAs.

• Develop and implement bot enhancements per approved requirements.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure coding standards are followed.
• Execute unit testing and support QA/UAT activities for code changes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer with 2–5 years of experience in Automation Anywhere to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior developers and technical leads to implement bot enhancements, resolve production issues, and participate in design reviews and quality assurance activities. This role operates in a 24x7 support environment with rotational shifts and requires collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Automation Anywhere bots in a 24x7 support model.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve bot failures, incidents, and production issues within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and validate findings with technical leads before implementing fixes.
• Develop and implement bot enhancements based on approved functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in design reviews before development to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Execute comprehensive unit testing and support QA/UAT activities for all code changes.
• Maintain and support existing RPA solutions with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work with senior developers and solution architects to understand change requests and implementation approaches.
• Document technical changes, deployment activities, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams during production support and project delivery.
• Follow established coding standards, change management, and release processes.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360/Enterprise).
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting RPA bots.
• Understanding of RPA development lifecycle and best practices.
• Knowledge of debugging, exception handling, and production support.
• Basic understanding of process automation design principles.
• Experience working with Excel, databases, web applications, and file-based automation.
• Familiarity with version control and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical leads and global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Finance, Sales, or business process automation.
