Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced RPA Development professional to lead automation initiatives. The role focuses on building scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, IQ Bot, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, and Document Automation, with a hybrid work setup in Bangalore or Gurugram.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to the software development lifecycle, and collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into automated processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Automation Anywhere development.
• Experience in creating SDD and PDD documents, assessment and requirement gathering.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, IQ Bot, and Document Automation.
• Experience with web automation, Excel automation, database integration, OCR, and document processing.
• Good to have Python, SQL, APIs, and system integrations, AI platforms.

• Software Development: Actively contribute to coding efforts, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to timelines.
• Team Management and Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and support professional development.
