Job summary

Job Summary

Antarang Foundation is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Associate Sustainability & Partnerships to support and strengthen our efforts towards long-term sustainability of Career Readiness initiatives. This role will play a key part in building and nurturing partnerships with government stakeholders and ecosystem partners to advance the integration of career awareness and readiness within the education system.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for youth career development and build strong partnerships to enable the same
• Build, sustain, and maintain key government partnerships to ensure that career awareness and readiness are adopted by the mainstream education system
• Visit government offices to meet with officials and share updates about partnership progress and outcomes
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on program and partnership progress, working closely with internal teams to gather relevant data points
• Anticipate changes in the ecosystem and inspire confidence to stay on top of them through clarity and inspiring agility
• Create clear, time-bound plans aligned with the vision, strategy, and impact. Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.

Profile Requisites

• 3 to 4 years of experience with at least 2 years being working with the government system
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and take ownership
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong Project planning and organizational skills
• Complete ease in using the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong research skills
• Ability to travel within the city and openness to travel inter-districts/states if required
• Proficiency in at least 2 out of 3 languages (English, Hindi) or fluent in local language of that geography
