Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in India is seeking a Rules & Requirements Specialist to gather and document customer requirements using IBM DOORS, ensuring they are clear, complete, and traceable across design, tests, and verification.

You will coordinate with senior engineers, developers, and testers to manage changes, perform reviews, and maintain baselines and version history, delivering high-quality requirements artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support gathering and analysis of customer requirements through meetings, discussions, workshops, and review of requirement documents.
• Document and maintain customer/system requirements in IBM DOORS, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and properly structured.
• Maintain requirements traceability between customer requirements, system requirements, design, test cases, and verification results using DOORS links.
• Perform requirements reviews and quality checks to identify missing information, ambiguities, inconsistencies, duplicates, and traceability gaps.
• Support requirement changes by updating requirements, attributes, links, baselines, and related documentation in DOORS.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support timely resolution of requirement-related issues.
• Prepare requirements status and traceability reports and support project teams in maintaining requirement baselines, version history, and documentation

Educational qualification:
