Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited, a Bosch subsidiary in India, is seeking an Analyst for Software Lifecycle Requirements Management. You will gather, analyze and document customer requirements and ensure traceability through DOORS, baselining, and change control.

In this role you will collaborate with customers, architects, developers and testers to ensure delivery and quality of system requirements throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in requirements management.
• Hands-on experience with IBM DOORS for capturing and tracing requirements.
• Ability to elicit, document and validate customer needs.
• Experience with requirements traceability, baselining and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify customer requirements through discussions and reviews.
• Translate and document requirements into clear, testable system requirements using DOORS.
• Manage requirements in DOORS, including baselines, version control, and traceability.
• Establish traceability between customer needs, system design, tests and verification results.

• Coordinate changes via Change Requests and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with customers, architects, developers and testers to ensure delivery.

Gather, analyze, and clarify customer requirements through customer discussions, reviews, and requirement documents, ensuring a clear understanding of customer expectations.

Translate and document customer requirements into clear, complete, consistent, and testable system requirements using IBM DOORS.

Manage requirements in DOORS, including requirement creation, structuring, attributes, baselines, version control, status tracking, and configuration management.

Establish and maintain requirements traceability between customer requirements, system requirements, design, implementation, test cases, and verification results using DOORS traceability links.

Conduct requirements reviews and quality checks to identify gaps, ambiguities, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing traceability, and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Manage requirement changes and Change Requests (CRs), including impact analysis, stakeholder coordination, approval, implementation, and updating the requirements baseline and traceability in DOORS.

Collaborate with customers, architects, developers, testers, and project teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood, implemented, verified, and delivered, while providing requirements status, metrics, and reports.

MCA, Any other equivalent degree in Computer Applications
