KC Overseas Education Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across B2B and B2C channels. The role focuses on organic social strategies, paid campaigns, and influencer collaborations to expand reach across global markets.

You will develop content calendars, collaborate with design teams, and ensure timely publishing with consistent brand messaging. Strong analytics and AI-assisted content skills are essential.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and social media marketing for B2B and B2C.
• Strong expertise in campaign planning, optimisation, and audience targeting.
• Excellent ad copywriting and content planning abilities.
• Familiar with AI-based content creation and analytics.
• Experience across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.

Role Overview-

Drive brand visibility, audience engagement, social media growth, and quality lead generation for KC Overseas Education, lan Loans, and other business verticals through organic social media and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Campaigns & Optimisation

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging AI advertising platforms, where available.
• Drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions across B2C and B2B segments.
• Manage budgets, targeting, ad copy, cost per lead, and campaign performance.

2. Social Media & Brand Growth

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X accounts across business verticals.
• Develop platform-specific strategies to grow followers, engagement, organic reach, and online communities.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and new growth opportunities.

3. Content Planning & Execution

• Create monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and business priorities.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to deliver engaging posts, reels, carousels, and other creatives.
• Ensure timely publishing, consistent messaging, and adherence to brand guidelines.

4. Video, Reels & Influencer Marketing

• Develop video concepts, reel scripts, storylines, and creative briefs.
• Coordinate shoots with video production and creative teams.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand reach and engagement.

5. Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, leads, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Use data to identify gaps and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and social media marketing across B2B and B2C.
• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, audience targeting, budget management, and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent ad copywriting, content planning, and social media strategy skills.
• Ability to develop engaging reel concepts, video scripts, and creative briefs.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, lead generation, and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation, campaign planning, and copywriting.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to explore emerging platforms, AI advertising opportunities, and digital marketing trends.
