PwC is seeking a Manager in the PMO for Enterprise Apps SAP Advisory in Gurgaon. You will lead a team of problem solvers and oversee SAP EC projects spanning multiple countries, focusing on Employee Central capabilities and integration with core HR systems.

The candidate should have 8+ years in SAP/EC, strong CPI knowledge, and proven ability to run design workshops and coordinate EC integrations with S4H and payroll across locations.

Qualifications

8 yrs+ overall experience in SAP/EC projects.
Able to lead design workshops independently for customers.
Strong knowledge of Employee Central: Foundation, Position Management, Life Cycle Events.

Responsibilities

Lead Employee Central track for multi-country implementations.
Manage time off configurations: absence time type and time account type.
Understand end-to-end EC integration with S4H, 3rd party Payroll and other systems.
Consider regional laws when implementing Time Off for specific locations.

Responsibilities

Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer
Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
Create an absence time type and a time account type.
Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees
Must have independently led the design workshops for customer
Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices
Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central
Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location
Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform
Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3 rd Party Payroll and other systems
Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
