Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA, CFA or CA qualification.
• 4+ years of experience in the Investment Banking space.
• Experience in detailed financial analysis and working on financial statements.
• Experience with target identification, trading and transaction comps, benchmarking and ratio analysis.
• Experience in producing pitch books, IMs and company profiles.
• Strong client relationship management and ability to engage clients.

Job description

• Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Power & utilities, Metal & Mining, Services
• Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
• Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
• Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
• Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails
• Other responsibilities include: Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products
• Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck
• Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment
• MBA/ CFA/ CA
• 4+ years of experience in the Investment banking space
• Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:
• Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements
• Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps o Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
• Pitch book / IM support and company profiles.
