Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking motivated individuals for its Investment Banking team based in Bangalore. You will contribute to detailed financial analysis, target identification, and pitch book development while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have MBA/CFA/CA credentials and 2–3 years of investment banking experience, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and CapitalIQ proficiency. This role offers opportunities for growth within a global tech-enabled financial services

Qualifications

• MBA/CFA/CA qualifications preferred for senior investment banking support.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organisational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• MBA/ CFA/ CA
• 2-3 years of experience in the Investment banking space.
• Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:
• Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements
• Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps
• Pitch book / IM support and company profiles
• Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries
• Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, MegerMarket, Pitchbook, Thomson, etc.
• Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
