• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Assess clients' needs and customize software solutions accordingly.
• Provide demos and trainings for product handover to clients.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to meet client expectations.

Job description

Deliverables And Tasks

• Take handover from the Sales team to initiate product implementation – run the project from inception to delivery, maintain project plan, action log, risk log, etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the business heads of our clients (Asset Management firms and CSA Brokers) during the implementation phase and run weekly project calls.
• Understand the buy-side and sell-side business and assess their needs. Map their business requirements to the software product.
• Customize the software as per client needs, perform gap analysis and suggest solutions.
• Perform demos and trainings to hand over the product instance to clients.
• Work with the Product Management Team to build a roadmap for enhancements and new functionalities which contributes towards the stability and vision of the product based on the feedback from the end-users and studying the industry trend.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Support and Testing teams to deliver the product as per client expectations – ensure a delightful user experience with the product.
• Create user guides for clients to explain product usage and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve Data/Application errors reported by clients.
• Utilise the product support and change management processes effectively.
• Implement changes and improvements to the procedures and processes to cope with a rapidly evolving system.
