Qualifications and Experience

• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Outstanding program management skills (communication, planning, execution); proven ability to identify opportunities and drive them through to completion.
• Drive execution of product roadmap, making smart trade‑offs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
• Knowledge and understanding of various technologies such as FIGMA, user journey mapping, data analysis, product development, and API integration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS/BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent field preferred.
• Understanding of latest technology stacks and APIs is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools.
