Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications, services, APIs, and frameworks. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem solving. Use AI‑assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation. Contribute to code quality, performance, security, and maintainability by following engineering standards. Develop and maintain tools, automation, and processes that support software delivery. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software. Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas to improve engineering practices. Estimate assigned work and deliver quality solutions on schedule.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience with one or more modern programming languages or frameworks such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies. Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Familiarity with AI coding tools and modern software development practices. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, debugging, and collaboration skills. Ability to learn new technologies and business domains with attention to detail.

Qualifications

3+ years of applicable software engineering experience with demonstrated success. 2+ years of specialized experience in modern application development, cloud technologies, AI‑assisted development, or related technical domains. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience. Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile development.
