A leading law firm in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Associate Litigation with 5-10 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team and handling clients independently, including drafting and finalizing litigation matters across courts. This role offers an opportunity to work on structuring real estate transactions for various corporations and HNI clients, contributing to a noble initiative to bring global jobs to India. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably working with Real Estate /Builders/ Legal Law Firm
• Law Graduate with minimum experience of 5-10 years
• Experience and Proficiency in handling Drafting, Vetting and finalizing all kinds of litigation matters
• Experience in independently handling matters; appearing and arguing in all courts including the High Court and Lower Court
• Ability to work with Senior Management as and when required
• Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Computer savvy and proficient with MS Office
• Efficient in handling matters independently; coordinating with the clients and dealing with the team
