About the job Senior Associate Non-Litigation

• Independently Structuring/ Drafting/Vetting/ Negotiating documents relating to real estate, Acquisitions etc
• Drafting/Vetting Development Agreements, Agreement for Sale, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed
• Drafting/Vetting/Negotiating of various Agreements/Contracts with Service Providers, Contractors, Legal Notices as well as reply to Legal notices etc.
• Senior Position will have to handle a team and clients independently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably working with Real Estate /Builders/ Legal Law Firms. Law Graduate with minimum experience of 5-10 years. Experience and Proficient in handling Drafting, Vetting and Transaction Documents.
• Experienced in independently handling Title Due Diligence Report, Service agreements, Acquisitions, POA, MOU's Indenture, Lease Agreements, Sale Agreements, etc.
• Ability to work with Senior Management as and when required
• Efficient to handle the matters independently and co-ordinate with the clients and deal with the team
• Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Computer savvy and proficient with MS Office
