You will partner with senior leadership to develop policies, guide management, and drive high performance through effective HR programs, payroll changes, and talent development in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as HR manager or similar role.
• Hands-on with HR software including payroll systems and ATS.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a human resources professional who helps align an organization’s people strategywith their business strategy. They 'partner' with senior leadership through specialized knowledge thathelps create policies and programmes in line with an organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale andincrease productivity and retention
• Identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises)
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
