Job summary

Macquarie in India (Gurugram) seeks a finance professional to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance and internal controls for the investment banking division. You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements, drive financial planning and coordinate with external auditors and regulators.

Role requires ACCA membership with several years of experience in finance and strong IFRS/INDAS knowledge relevant to banking.

Qualifications

  • ACCA member with 3 years of work experience in finance.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/INDAS in banking context.
  • Ability to oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance for the investment banking division.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements and drive planning analyses.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulators.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls for the investment banking division. You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements, drive financial planning analysis, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulators. Additionally, you will prepare financial statements, substantiate balance sheet movements, and contribute to divisional projects, highlighting key risk areas to senior management
