Job summary

Macquarie in India seeks a Senior Associate in GT Regulatory Reporting to run capital/credit risk processes, generate exposures for regulatory returns and Pillar 3 disclosures, and support audits and control design.

You will contribute to improving reporting controls, working with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy in a dynamic Group Finance environment.

The role offers exposure to risk and regulatory reporting with opportunities to influence reporting design and process improvements.

Senior Associate - GT Regulatory Reporting

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible to run the capital/credit risk process to generate exposures for credit risk, Related Party exposures, Risk weighted assets, Leverage ratio, large exposures, regulatory Returns, Pillar 3 disclosures based on the guidance issued by regulators and performing UATs for all regulatory & system driven changes. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in creating & running the controls over the reporting processes and ensuring that control design is in line with Macquarie’s control framework and complies with all requirements. You will also contribute in responding to internal and external audit queries and ad hoc requests and queries from the regulators.

What you offer
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements / developments, fundamental of accounting and consolidation. Previous experience in a Regulatory Reporting role is added advantage.
  • Knowledge on financial instruments and products offered by investment banks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment
  • Good analytical ability. Ability to work under pressure, report to tight deadlines and deal effectively with issues.
