Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics & AI Engineer to support executives and business leaders by delivering advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and enterprise reporting solutions. As an Analytics & AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's analytics strategy and enabling data-driven decision-making across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Connected Vehicle Operations.

You will leverage Tableau, Amazon Redshift, Python, AI technologies, and modern analytics practices to develop sophisticated dashboards, executive scorecards, forecasting models, self-service analytics solutions, and AI-driven insights that improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and analytical applications.
• Partner directly with executives and business leaders to define strategic metrics, reporting standards, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Build and optimize Redshift-based analytical data models, semantic layers, and governed reporting datasets.
• Create reusable Tableau data sources, certified datasets, and standardized KPI definitions.

• Analyze manufacturing, quality, connected vehicle, charging, sales, finance, marketing, HR, and supply chain data to identify business opportunities and operational improvements.
• Build executive scorecards and operational dashboards supporting strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, trend analysis, and performance assessments to drive business outcomes.
• Evaluate and implement Generative AI, conversational analytics, and AI-assisted reporting capabilities.
• Drive Tableau governance, dashboard standards, user adoption, and self-service analytics enablement.
• Collaborate with Data Platform and Data Engineering teams to optimize reporting architectures and data consumption layers.
• Deliver executive presentations and analytical insights that influence organizational strategy.

Functional Knowledge

Expertise in developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions using Tableau and Redshift.

Strong understanding of Manufacturing, Quality, Connected Vehicle, and EV Charging analytics, including operational performance, telemetry, and customer usage insights.

Experience analyzing Sales, Service, and Customer data to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and customer success initiatives.

Familiarity with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, and Logistics analytics.

Knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Profitability Analysis, and Executive Scorecard reporting.

Ability to interpret HR and Workforce Analytics, including recruiting, retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

Experience applying advanced analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, and Generative AI techniques to solve business challenges.

Strong business partnering skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Applied AI.

Strong experience with Amazon Redshift, SQL optimization, dimensional modeling, and analytical data architecture.

Strong Python programming skills for analytics, forecasting, machine learning, and AI applications.

Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.
