• 6–10+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics / Data Science / Statistical Analysis
• Strong SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL, and relational data modeling experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Python or R
• Experience with Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Forecasting, and Predictive Analytics
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Experience with PySpark and notebook-based development
• Knowledge of feature engineering, model validation, and model monitoring
• Experience with Generative AI / AI solution development
• Knowledge of Medallion Data Architecture and Lakehouse concepts
• Experience with Git and CI/CD
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and data storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business drivers
• Build, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning and statistical models
