Job summary

Infosys BPM in Bengaluru is hiring a Senior Associate Consultant Quality for BFSI processes. The role requires a Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Quality and BFSI domains, and includes leading process excellence initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities, and mentoring teams to deliver structured process improvements.

You will engage with clients, coordinate with leaders for automation opportunities, and ensure timely closure of projects through proper governance and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in Quality and BFSI domain.
• Experience in deploying process improvement frameworks and running improvement sessions at engagement level.
• Ability to identify opportunities through data analysis and workshops (top-down and bottom-up).
• Mentor teams on process improvement projects and coordinate with stakeholders for tollgate reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive bottom-up and top-down opportunity identification to build a pipeline of projects.
• Mentor and govern process improvement projects to enable operations resources to execute improvements.
• Coordinate with lead developers for automation opportunities and project execution.
• Facilitate tollgate reviews and secure appropriate sign-offs in the PM portal.
• Guide storyboard creation and updates in PI project tools.

Job Description:

Graduate with at Least 5 years of experience in Quality and BFSI domain.

Process Excellence culture building:

• Deploy Process Improvement framework for the engagement(s)
• On need basis, conduct short or refresher (3hrs) sessions on continuous improvement at engagement level

Improvement opportunity identification:

• Drive Bottom up and Top down opportunity identification workshops for creation of pipeline of opportunities
• Process, operations, business data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Validation of opportunities creation of the projects

Improvement projects implementation:

• Mentor Process Improvement projects (YB, GB & BB) to enable the operations resources to implement the improvement through structured approach
• Facilitate meetings with various stakeholders for tollgate reviews and appropriate sign offs
• Co-ordinate with lead developer for automation opportunity identification and project execution
• Govern the process of validation and sign off of the project closures in the project management portal
• Guide the project leaders for appropriate storyboard creation and update in the project management tool of PI projects

Branding:

• Creating awareness by training and bringing visibility to process excellence initiatives in the engagement.
• Creating process improvement case studies and socializing with teams, on various success initiatives of engagement performance

Client Management:

• Participate in client interactions to present the process improvement case studies.
