Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking professionals to manage data collection, cleaning, and validation from multiple internal departments. The role will involve preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards to support management reviews.

You will interpret data trends to provide actionable insights, maintain secure databases and reporting templates, and assist in automating reporting workflows to resolve data discrepancies.
