Role overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong consultative mindset and technical aptitude to act as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, provide solution recommendations, challenge requirements when necessary and guide stakeholders toward Salesforce best practices.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce and business process transformation, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the Real Estate domain and exposure to Financial Services Cloud will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Salesforce Functional Consultant and trusted advisor to business stakeholders and clients.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions and solution design discussions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows and solution designs.
• Work closely with architects, developers, administrators and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide consultative guidance on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, AI adoption and digital transformation.
• Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to overall Salesforce architecture discussions.
• Evaluate business requirements from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Support UAT, change management, user adoption and training initiatives.
• Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and similar platforms to improve analysis, documentation and solutioning efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline preferred.

• Case Management and Customer Service processes
• Knowledge of Agentforce capabilities, use cases and AI-powered automation.
• Exposure to Financial Services Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing concepts, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules and integrations.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions with developers and architects.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and system architecture concepts is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate solution feasibility and provide recommendations from a technical perspective.

Business analysis and consulting skills

• Requirements elicitation and documentation.

• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Must have skills

• Salesforce BA Certification, excellent communication skills, Sales Cloud and service cloud expertise.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Salesforce Consultant.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) - Nice to have
• Additional Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable
