Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for our Salesforce insurance platform/CRM. The ideal candidate bridges business needs with technical solutions to ensure successful project delivery within the insurance domain.

The role requires 7+ years as a Business Analyst, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum. Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Insurance or Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes (CRM, claims, underwriting, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to CRM
• Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams during the Salesforce implementation.
• Develop and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Support system design, configuration, and testing activities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate solutions.
• Assist in change management and user training activities.
• Provide ongoing support and post-implementation reviews.
