You will handle customer queries, assist with new business processing, and coordinate documentation to ensure smooth policy lifecycles.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in operations or customer service, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or related roles.
• Preferably from Insurance or Banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer relationship and service requests.
• Process New Business and policy servicing tasks.
• Support Claims, documentation, and accounts revival.
• Lead generation and improving persistency.

To ensure customer service and support all backend operation like NB, PS, Accounts Revival, and Lead Generation and to track & increase Persistency and Revival UW.
