Job summary

A global consulting firm is looking for a professional to manage the delivery of high-quality service and support for AEM operations. This role involves providing technical guidance, mentoring a team, and ensuring operations align with the target state operating model. Ideal candidates should possess strong technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and experience with Adobe Digital Asset Manager. Responsibilities include onboarding applications and improving service levels within the support teams. This position is located in Pune District, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
• Experience supporting Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) integrating with Adobe Sites.
• Hands-on experience supporting AEM sites, templates, components, workflows, and services.

Job description

• Manage the delivery of high-quality service & support for the assigned portfolio.
• End to end operational focus - Application, Productivity, Utilization, Quality, Incident, Problem & Service Levels
• Work with the portfolio teams to bring the operations in-line with the target state operating model
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team supporting the portfolio
• Manage and plan accordingly for onboarding new applications, releases and changes in scope, including on-boarding and training the relevant teams.
• Escalation points for support issues, service deficiencies and training as well as leading the implementation of service improvement tasks for support teams.
• Formulate, coordinate and/or track remediation plans arising from critical production issues, including reporting to leadership.
• People development, high performance leadership and motivation of team members
• Support selection of new team members and education according to agreed plan
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform
• Experience supporting Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) integrating with Adobe Sites and enterprise asset management solutions
• Hands-on experience supporting AEM sites, DAM, templates, components, dialogs, workflows, models, and services
• Proven knowledge supporting and troubleshooting integration with third party and other Adobe solutions using REST APIs and CDN caching strategies
• Expertise with AEM Multi Site Manager and security best practices
• Proficiency with Akamai CDN solutions, including hands-on experience with managing Akamai configurations and the ability to both diagnose and resolve issues related to content delivery, caching, and security policies within the Akamai platform
