Job Description

Our top notch and growing AEM team is looking for experienced AEM Developers and Engineers with deep expertise on the Adobe Stack (Experience Cloud) to continue providing consistent high quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate for this position would've played a Sr. Developer or AEM Developer roles in the past with a track record of successful deliveries of Adobe AEM Sites projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a distributed team environment, proactive, with strong collaboration and engineering skills. This role will be responsible for playing an instrumental role in implementation of AEM for some of the leading fortune 500 companies while contributing to internal practice and product development initiatives and thought leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop AEM Templates, Components (Sightly, Touch UI), OSGI Services (Sling, JCR), and Servlets.
• Implement Integrations with 3rd party Marketing Technology Solutions for CRM, Search, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Social, Databases, Custom APIs, MicroServices
• Troubleshoot production issues by reviewing logs, thread dumps, dispatcher configurations, Caching and CDN settings
• Configure & work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Cloud Manager, Adobe IO, AEM as a Cloud Service, Assets as a Cloud Service
• Work with Infrastructure Provisioning tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, to perform automated provisioning of environments
• Employ Continuous Integration/Deployment/Delivery Practices, Tools and Process including installation, configuration and implementing workflows and pipelines using tools such as Jenkins.
• Work under the supervision of a technical lead or director and, co-ordinate on programming and development tasks in an agile environment with scrum teams, product owners and product managers.
• Participate and contribute in technical design, application architecture, systems architecture, integration architectures, scrums, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions.
• Maintain regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
• Innovate, expand the intellectual property by contributing to Intialyzer's (our accelerators) which give us a significant competitive advantage in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or alternative related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ Years of professional hands-on Development Experience
• 3+ Years of professional hands-on AEM Development Experience with versions 6.1 or Above
• Significant experience with AEM Building blocks, WCM Core components, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles and ACS Commons.
• Experience integrating 3rd Party technologies & platforms such as Search, CRM, Personalization, Analytics, E-Commerce, Personalization, etc.
• Experience with MultiSite Management, Workflows, Scheduled Tasks, Sling Events is highly preferred
• Experience working and collaborating in an agile, remote & distributed team environment
• Excellent Problem Solving Skills with strong client interaction and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Demonstrated experience in providing value to team and practices outside of direct project work

Additional Highly Desired Experiences

• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud - AEM as a Cloud Service, Assets as Cloud Service, AEP and other related Adobe Technologies is highly desirable
• Experience migrating content and assets from legacy DAM or on-premise DAM to AEM Sites and Assets as a Cloud Service
• Experience migrating or upgrading AEM Sites from on-premise or AMS to AEM Sites as a Cloud Service
• Adobe Architect or Sites Developer Certification
