Cybage in Pune is seeking an experienced AEM Sites Assets Consultant to join our Ultimate Success team, focusing on maximizing the value of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets for customers.

This client-facing role blends deep technical expertise with consultative problem-solving to guide customers on best practices, platform optimization, solution quality improvements, and adoption strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with deep expertise in developing, customizing, and delivering enterprise-grade digital experience solutions.
• Good understanding of working with AEM Sites to design, develop, and manage scalable, responsive, and content-rich web applications.
• Proven expertise in AEM Assets, including digital asset lifecycle management, metadata management, asset workflows, and content governance.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Content Management (WCM), including content authoring, templates, components, workflows, multilingual content management, and publishing processes.
• Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) principles, with experience in organizing, managing, optimizing, and delivering digital assets across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, technical challenges, and adoption goals related to AEM Sites and Assets.
• Provide technical guidance and recommend AEM implementation best practices aligned with Adobe standards.
• Assess customer implementations to identify optimization opportunities, configuration improvements, and technical risks.
• Perform implementation quality reviews and recommend corrective actions to improve solution stability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support customers during implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization initiatives through expert technical consultation.
• Help customers maximize the value of Web Content Management (WCM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities through platform optimization and feature adoption.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with engineering and product teams for timely resolution.
• Guide customers on platform governance, performance considerations, and operational best practices.
• Build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication, technical expertise, and consultative engagement.
• Stay updated with Adobe Experience Manager capabilities and recommend improvements to enhance customer digital experience maturity.

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced AEM Sites Assets Consultant to join our Ultimate Success team, focused on helping customers maximize the value of their Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets platform.

This client-facing role combines deep technical expertise with consultative problem-solving to guide customers on implementation best practices, platform optimization, solution quality improvements, and adoption strategies.

The consultant will work closely with customers, implementation partners, and internal Adobe teams to improve platform health, identify technical risks, optimize solutions, and enable long-term business success.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Mandatory

• Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with deep expertise in developing, customizing, and delivering enterprise-grade digital experience solutions.
• Good understanding of working with AEM Sites to design, develop, and manage scalable, responsive, and content-rich web applications.
• Proven expertise in AEM Assets, including digital asset lifecycle management, metadata management, asset workflows, and content governance.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Content Management (WCM), including content authoring, templates, components, workflows, multilingual content management, and publishing processes.
• Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) principles, with experience in organizing, managing, optimizing, and delivering digital assets across enterprise platforms.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including cloud-native development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable AEM solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing Edge Delivery Services (EDS) to enhance website performance, optimize content delivery, and improve user experience.
• Strong understanding of AEM Content Fragments, including content modeling, headless content delivery, and GraphQL-based content consumption.
• Experience configuring and customizing AEM workflows to automate content authoring, review, publishing, and business processes.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, including seamless connectivity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to deliver personalized digital experiences.
