Job summary

RSP India in Chennai is seeking a Senior Associate - Architecture to lead design development and project delivery for high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and a proven track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will oversee architectural deliverables, review drawings, support client meetings, maintain design quality, and ensure milestones are met across all project stages.

Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in architectural design consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Good understanding of architectural design development, working drawings, and detailing.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and work within agreed timelines.
