AVP Realty is seeking a Senior Architect (Project Lead) / Head of Architecture to lead design, planning, and coordination for large-scale residential and PMAY projects in Mumbai. The candidate should have 15–18 years of experience in real estate, with proven high-rise and PMAY project exposure, and a solid knowledge of UDCPR, RERA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, structure, MEP and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UDCPR, RERA and applicable regulations.
• Monitor design deliverables and project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the architecture team.
• Support project execution by resolving design queries and coordinating site teams.

About the Role

AVP Realty is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Architect (Project Lead) / Head of Architecture to lead architectural design, planning, and coordination for large-scale residential and PMAY projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in design development, schematic and IFC drawings, statutory approvals, and project coordination, with the ability to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for high-rise residential and large-scale PMAY projects.
• Oversee concept design, schematic design, design development, and preparation/review of IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings.
• Manage architectural projects from concept development through statutory approvals and execution support.
• Ensure compliance with UDCPR, RERA requirements, applicable building regulations, and statutory norms.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other stakeholders.
• Review architectural drawings and design documentation for accuracy, quality, constructability, and compliance.
• Monitor design deliverables, project timelines, and commitments to ensure timely completion.
• Identify design issues and coordinate with relevant teams to develop practical and effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the architecture team.
• Support project execution by resolving design-related queries and maintaining coordination between design and site teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 15–18 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in real estate and large-scale residential development.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential and PMAY projects.
• Strong expertise in concept design, schematic design, and IFC drawing review.
• Good knowledge of UDCPR, RERA, statutory approvals, and applicable building regulations.
• Strong project coordination, technical review, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage design deliverables and meet project commitments.
