Qualifications

• Strong foundation in architecture with residential design focus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Ability to manage multiple projects on-site.

Role Description

The Senior Architectural Designer will lead the design and development of residential projects, translating client requirements into functional, aesthetically compelling architectural concepts. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, and supporting project execution across multiple sites. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, reviewing plans against regulatory and safety standards, and ensuring design feasibility within budget and timeline constraints. The Senior Architectural Designer will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to refine design solutions and resolve issues during construction. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, maintaining design documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture, with expertise in Architectural Design and residential project planning.
• Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and technical Drawing sets for execution.
• Experience with Urban Planning principles, especially as they relate to local regulations and community layouts.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in leading architectural design for residential or mixed-use projects, preferably in the Delhi-NCR region.
• Solid understanding of building codes, local bylaws, materials, structural coordination, and sustainable design practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work on-site in a dynamic construction environment.
