Job summary

ExlService Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Architect for Solutioning in Application Development Engineering. The role focuses on designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, leading a team, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure deployments.

You will oversee end-to-end Salesforce projects, drive architecture decisions, and mentor developers while staying current with Salesforce updates and industry trends. A strong PM mindset and deep CRM expertise are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

• Able to do business process re-engineering, systems design, configuration and implementation.

• Manage and lead Salesforce implementation projects, timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications

Qualification:

• B.Tech. / MCA or equivalent.
