Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, and presentation visuals is essential. You will collaborate with engineers, municipal authorities, and clients to deliver concept to completion, including parking and circulation planning.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree required.
• Strong AutoCAD and Revit/SketchUp skills.
• Knowledge of UDCPR and local bye-laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Architectural design and drawing, develop detailed working drawings.
• Prepare UDCPR compliant plans and RERA carpet area calculations.
• Create high-quality 2D/3D presentations, mood boards and client decks.
• Plan parking and circulation layouts for projects.
• Coordinate with PCMC/PMRDA, structural and MEP engineers, and other stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design & Drawing:
  • Prepare conceptual designs, architectural drawings, interior designs and presentation drawings
  • Develop detailed working drawings for apartments, bungalows, farmhouses & commercial projects
  • Prepare RERA Carpet area calculations and drawings
• UDCPR Compliance & Planning:
  • Review and ensure compliance with Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR)
  • Check FSI, setbacks, building heights, margins, and other statutory norms
  • Prepare building plans as per local planning laws
• Presentation & Visualization:
  • Create high-quality 2D/3D presentation drawings, 3D walkthroughs, mood boards and client decks
  • Work on design concepts from initial sketches to final deliverables
• Parking & Circulation Planning:
  • Design compliant car and two-wheeler parking layouts
  • Plan driveways, turning radii, ramp details and basement circulation as per norms
• Liaison & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities (PCMC/PMRDA) for plan sanctions
  • Liaise with structural engineers, MEP consultants and other stakeholders

Technical Skills Required:

• Mandatory: AutoCAD, Revit / SketchUp
• Preferred: Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, V-Ray
• Thorough knowledge of UDCPR framework & local building bye-laws
• Knowledge of high-rise building designs will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in working drawings, presentation drawings, and detailing
