Job summary

Della Resorts in Mumbai seeks an experienced architect with a strong background in luxury projects and township development to lead architectural design and project execution.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with consultants and contractors, ensure compliance with building regulations, and drive working drawings and coordination across internal teams to deliver high-end developments.

Qualifications

• 712 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong experience in Luxury Projects is preferred.
• Experience in Township Development and Urban Planning will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, working drawings and coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Good understanding of design standards, materials, building regulations and project execution.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software.
