Role Description

The Senior Architect role at Evarch Design Architects & Urban Planners Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, including site analysis, design development, drawings, and coordination with consultants. Responsibilities include guiding project teams, reviewing design deliverables, ensuring adherence to codes and standards, and maintaining quality across all phases of work. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and supporting strategic planning for complex urban and architectural projects. The Senior Architect will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm’s innovation, sustainability goals, and design excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and budget oversight.
• Proficiency with integration of design solutions across structural, MEP, landscape, and urban planning disciplines.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., CAD/BIM platforms) and ability to collaborate effectively with Software Development or integration teams when required.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution; registration or licensure is preferred.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design standards applicable to the Pune Division and broader region.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead design discussions and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise junior designers and architects, fostering a collaborative studio environment.
