Job summary

Darshh Builders Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead premium residential projects, including luxury bungalows, villas, and bespoke homes.

The role requires deep technical command and a design-driven approach, with an office-based, full-time presence to closely collaborate with the design team, project engineers, and founders. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of residential experience, expertise in AutoCAD, and a passion for luxury aesthetics.

Qualifications

• B.Arch is mandatory.
• 4-5 years of experience strictly in Residential Bungalows, Villas & Premium Homes.
• Expertise in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Strong command of SketchUp/Lumion/Revit (bonus).
• Deep understanding of RCC drawings, structural coordination, and practical site issues.
• Excellent spatial planning, detailing skills, and an eye for luxury residential aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/Assamese added advantage).
• Ability to handle clients with confidence and clarity.
• Highly disciplined, organized, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architectural design for luxury bungalows, villas, and premium residences.
• Develop conceptual drawings, design themes, zoning plans, and design language for each project.
• Work on customized designs tailored to high-end clients’ lifestyle needs.
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings:
• GFC (Good for Construction) sets
• Electrical & plumbing coordination
• Ensure drawings comply with local building bye-laws, seismic guidelines, and construction safety standards.
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors for technical clarifications.
• Attend project review meetings and resolve site-level drawing conflicts.
• Provide continuous support to ensure design is executed with accuracy and premium finishing.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design concepts.
• Handle revisions and technical queries professionally and quickly.
• Maintain timelines and deliver drawings as per project schedules.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously with full ownership.

We are expanding our core design team and looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect who can lead premium residential projects with creativity, detail, and strong technical command.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a Seasoned Architect with deep experience in luxury bungalows, villas, private residences, and high-end custom homes.

The position is office-based, requiring full-time presence to collaborate closely with the design team, project engineers, and company founders.

Key Responsibilities-
