Job summary

Corvi Technologies, in partnership with BLB Limited, seeks a hands-on Lead Architect & Interior Designer to own premium luxury residential projects from concept to handover. The role centers on a flagship residence in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, working directly with the Director to shape high-end spaces.

• 12+ years of core architecture and interior design experience in premium/luxury residential space.
• Must be hands-on with 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit; able to draft and render independently.
• Deep knowledge of BOQs, material specs, plumbing, lighting, and civil renovations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputed institution.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Are you an architectural visionary who doesn't just design in 3D but loves being on-site to see your creations come to life? We are partnering with BLB Limited to hire a hands-on Lead Architect & Interior Designer. This is a rare, client-side opportunity where you won't be just a cog in a massive studio. Instead, you will take end-to-end ownership of premium luxury residential projects-starting with a flagship residence in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. You will work directly with the Director, conceptualizing high-end spaces and leading the on-site execution.

What You Will Do

• End-to-end Design: Create breathtaking, functional interior and architectural concepts for luxury villas and high-end residences.
• Hands-on 3D Rendering: Independently draft floor plans, layouts, and high-quality 3D renderings (3Ds Max is mandatory).
• Premium Material Procurement: Source and select luxury finishes, Italian marble, high-end tiles, sanitaryware, modular kitchens, and custom fixtures.
• Masterful Site Execution: Step away from the desk to oversee on-site civil and interior works, ensuring the POP, carpentry, and stonework match your exact design specifications.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate seamlessly with structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and specialized agencies.
• Project Leadership: Travel to exciting outstation project sites (Varanasi, Jaipur, Bangalore, etc.) with all travel and accommodation fully funded by the company.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 12+ years of core experience in architecture and interior design, specifically within the premium/luxury residential space.
• Software Mastery: 100% hands-on proficiency in 3Ds Max (Mandatory), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. You must be able to draft and render independently.
• Execution Chops: Deep technical knowledge of BOQs, material specifications, plumbing, lighting, and civil renovations.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputed institution.
• Traits: Highly confident, detail-oriented, and capable of representing the owner's interests on site.
