Job summary

Mott MacDonald India is seeking a senior Landscape Architect with a minimum of 10 years' experience to lead design and documentation across major projects. The role requires BIM proficiency (Revit) and strong AutoCAD skills, with ability to coordinate with Civil/Structural and MEP teams and travel as needed.

Based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, the position offers flexible working and the chance to contribute to landmark infrastructure, buildings, and urban development projects with a global delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of continuous experience delivering landscape architecture projects across all design stages.
• Experience using BIM and interfacing with Civil/Structural and MEP teams.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Willingness to travel as required by projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural design and documentation support on large projects.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, presentation materials, and bid documents.
• Check design drawings and ensure quality submissions within timelines and budget.
• Coordinate with MEP and Structural design teams to integrate disciplines.

As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center, hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro & stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.

Key Deliverables

• Providing architectural design and documentation assistance with building design on various large projects.
• Experience working on international projects.
• Preparation of architectural drawings and schedules, presentation materials and bid documents
• Checking design drawings and ensure quality submissions
• Managing the deliverables within cost and timelines
• Coordinating with MEP & Structural design teams

Candidate Specification:-

Professional Experience :

• Minimum 10 years of continuous experience in delivering landscape architecture projects for all design stages

Essential Skills & Software :

• Should have experience in using BIM (preferably Revit Architecture) and possess a good command over AutoCAD
• Experience in a project-based environment is an added advantage Should have a good command over BIM
• Should be able to interface with Civil/Structural and MEP teams.
• Possess good communication skills and very good written and spoken English
• High attention to details
• Knowledge of design codShould be comfortable to travel as per project requirement

Qualifications:

• A Degree in B.Arch./ M. Arch from an accredited university
